Job summary

Ball Corporation offers a 10-week internship for current students in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance, based in Colorado. Interns will analyze data, support process improvements, and benchmark industry practices while collaborating with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.

You will participate in weekly check-ins, present on projects, and gain exposure to multiple supply chain areas with mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related discipline
• Completed at least one year of coursework with graduation date December 2027 or later
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Data analytics, demand forecasting, process documentation, or related activities learned in coursework or work experience
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively with teams

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain planning and execution; prepare reports and presentations to track metrics
• Process Improvement Support: Help streamline operational processes with various Supply Chain teams
• Research and Benchmarking: Benchmark performance against industry standards and practices
• Collaborate with program interns and team members on projects contributing to business improvements
• Cross-functional communication with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance to complete projects
• Attend weekly check-ins with team members, leadership and mentors
• Present on projects and other assignments as needed
• Participate in professional development activities, including a development week at our Colorado headquarters
