Based in Colorado with hybrid on‑site work, you will attend a professional development week at the HQ and build executive‑level presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business/analytics field at a 4‑year college.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• 0–1 year of data analytics experience with strong Excel modeling.
• PowerPoint storytelling ability to turn data into a clear narrative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
• Bonus: experience solving problems with AI and driving efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own a summer-long project tied to Ball's growth in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Support refinement of the 5-year strategic plan and key investment cases.
• Build scenario models in Excel to inform commercial decisions.
• Conduct competitive/market intelligence and translate findings for executives.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint materials for a CEO/VP audience.
• Apply structured strategy frameworks to real business questions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Attend a professional development week at Ball’s Colorado HQ.
