Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in analytics-focused discipline.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• 0-1 years of data analytics experience with strong Excel modeling.
• PowerPoint storytelling ability turning data into a clear narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own a summer-long project tied to Ball's growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Refine Ball's 5-year strategic plan and develop commercial strategies.
• Build scenario models in Excel to inform decisions.
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence and translate findings for leadership.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint materials for CEO/VP audiences.
• Apply structured strategy frameworks to real business questions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Attend professional development week at Ball's Colorado headquarters.
