Job summary

Green Brick Group seeks a Director of Strategy - Digital Marketing to lead e-commerce and digital growth initiatives, delivering client value and premium service. The role blends hands-on client engagement with strategic leadership across Digital Strategy and Marketing teams.

You will set the vision, build repeatable offerings, and guide budgets while collaborating with Creative Design, Product Design, Data Insights, IT and Finance to optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field as stated in the posting.
• 5-8 years of Ecommerce or Strategic Digital Growth leadership experience.
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams with customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and develop repeatable Digital Strategy offerings for growth goals.
• Teach, develop, lead, and grow the Digital Strategy and Marketing teams.
• Establish targets and reporting for digital media performance and conversions.
• Ensure systems architecture is scalable for the next 3+ years.
• Partner with Creative, Product, Data Insights, IT, and Finance to align touchpoints.
• Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, traffic, and retention.
