Spyder Construction, a Littleton-based contractor, seeks a strategic Business Developer for its Environmental division. You will craft the Colorado market growth plan, identify key targets, and win environmental remediation and restoration projects.

You will work independently, meet revenue goals, and collaborate with the Environmental Project Director and VP of Sales. This role combines field presence with strategic dealmaking.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in business development, sales, or account management within environmental services or consulting.
• Solid technical knowledge of asbestos, lead, mold, and meth scopes and Colorado rules.
• Proven track record of bringing in new business and pricing opportunities.
• Willingness to prospect proactively and expand the pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Own growth strategy for Spyder Environmental in Colorado; set plan and drive results.
• Identify target accounts: property managers, owners, GCs, consultants, hygienists.
• Lead with regulatory and technical expertise to win projects.
• Qualify opportunities with thorough discovery on timelines and budgets.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate CRM data.
• Represent Spyder at industry groups with clear goals.
• Report market intelligence to leadership.
