Job summary

RediMinds is seeking a hands-on Corporate Financial Controller to build and run the day-to-day financial engine. You will own general ledger, month-end close, payroll coordination and ensure GAAP compliance as the company scales.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll provide timely financial information, strengthen internal controls, and build a scalable finance function with a focus on accuracy and speed. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growth-stage tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial operations of tech or SaaS businesses.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the core accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll coordination and month-end close.
• Lead the monthly close and deliver P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Build scalable accounting policies, controls and processes for a growth-stage tech company.
• Provide reliable financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting with variance analysis.
• Develop and manage the lean finance team as the company scales.
