Job summary

Propeller Industries is seeking a Practice Leader & Client CFO for its Growth segment. You will architect the Growth practice, lead embedded finance teams, and anchor strategic relationships with the board and investors.

The role blends CFO-level advisory with hands-on practice leadership to accelerate client growth across segments. You will shape go-to-market strategy, oversee pricing and engagement scope, and ensure delivery excellence while leveraging PropellerOS to extract cross-client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance/accounting with at least 7 years in CFO or senior financial leadership roles.
• Experience scaling companies from 30M to 300M+ in revenue.
• Proven ability to build and lead multi-client finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Growth practice end to end: pipeline, bookings, retention, and P&L.
• Architect data systems and processes to support rapid growth and AI-enabled delivery.
• Lead embedded teams and set client service standards and profitability.
• Build strategic relationships with boards, PE sponsors, and investors.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for Growth-stage Consumer companies.
