Job summary

Propeller Industries, LLC is hiring a Client Services CFO for a B2B practice. This remote-US role requires building and managing a portfolio of high-potential, venture-backed clients with FP&A leverage, infrastructure, and seasoned teams.

You will serve as CFO-level advisor, lead engagements, and drive strategic decisions with board access, leveraging PropellerOS, PIE, and data platforms to scale client impact. Equity-track opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in finance/accounting with 5+ years in CFO or senior financial leadership roles.
• Proven business development track record with ability to identify, cultivate, and close clients.
• Professional services/FP&A systems experience and proficiency with AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CFO portfolio strategy and engagement decisions for B2B clients.
• Lead multi-client engagements and build/lead client leadership teams.
• Transform financial reviews into strategic conversations with board-level impact.
• Develop and nurture a scalable service delivery framework across portfolio.
