Job summary

Propeller Industries, LLC is seeking a Client Services CFO for Consumer Products. You will own a portfolio of venture-backed clients, leading FP&A leverage, operational infra, and a scalable team while embedding with client leadership and Propeller’s platform.

You’ll drive revenue growth, build advisory relationships, and lead multi-team engagements across the US market, leveraging AI-enabled insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in finance/accounting with 5+ years as CFO or senior financial leader.
• Proven business development with multi-client/consulting background.
• Experience serving Consumer Products companies generating $5M-$100M+ in revenue.
• Track record building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence with board/CEO-level communication.
• Experience developing financial processes and systems in growing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Consumer Products portfolio—sales, engagement, and strategy.
• Serve as CFO advisor: provide financial insight and strategic guidance to clients.
• Build and lead engagement teams across a multi-client portfolio.
• Manage Portfolio P&L, margins, utilization, and profitability.
• Leverage PIE and data platforms to deliver AI-enabled insights and scale service.
