**Work location:** Hybrid – remote and will travel to Texas Health Alliance, Texas Health Denton, and surrounding areas
**Work hours:** Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (with flexibility)

**Here’s What You Need:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or Public Health Administration preferred
- 5 years of healthcare sales, growth, services, or consulting experience. Alternatively, sales experience in non-healthcare industry required, or
- 9 years of experience without a Bachelor's degree in healthcare sales, growth, services, or consulting. Alternatively, sales experience in non-healthcare industry required
- Valid Driver’s license upon hire required
**What You Will Do:**
The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for driving strategic growth and enhancing the utilization of Texas Health services within designated products, facilities, territories, and physician groups. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key provider practices, understanding market dynamics, and developing comprehensive sales plans. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and various departments to design and implement innovative business initiatives. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and reporting, data analysis to identify growth opportunities, and a commitment to achieving defined volume and activity targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Strategic Growth and Relationship Management:
- Facilitate growth in strategically designated THR services for assigned product, facility, territory, physicians, or physician groups.
- Identify, initiate, and maintain relationships with key provider practices to increase utilization of Texas Health services.
- Work with providers and staff to understand challenges, facilitate solutions, and increase provider satisfaction to improve overall engagement with THR.
- Develop quarterly business initiatives, including tracking and trending of execution, financial, and volume contributions.
- Create effective messaging by maintaining awareness of entity and system service offerings, gaining basic service line knowledge, and remaining abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, service line directors, operations managers, etc.).
Market Analysis and Planning:- Develop initiatives based on market demographics for both physician and patient populations, market share patterns, patient utilization data, and physician practice trends.
- Provide market assessment/field planning for the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with entity and system leaders to design and implement business initiatives and market differentiators aligned with the strategic plan.
- Run data reports, analyze and understand data, and use insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Communication and Reporting:- Participate in internal meetings to share provider feedback, market intelligence, trends, and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and/or present executive briefings to hospital senior/department leadership or other key stakeholders as requested.
- Provide required documentation of physician visits and other performance requirements.
Collaboration and Innovation:- Work closely with hospital and physician leadership, program managers, and key clinical staff to develop innovative ideas, achieve, and track goals, strategies, and tactics.
- Partner with other departments within the organization, such as network management, strategy, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts.
Accountability and Performance:- Meet or exceed defined volume and activity targets.
- Demonstrate accountability and responsibility by independently completing projects/assignments on time and providing timely responses to requests for information.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software to maintain provider and practice database, document and track activity & initiatives, and use integrated data sources.
- Participate in ongoing departmental responsibilities and opportunities to continuously learn and grow.
- Knowledge of a sales cycle and ability to achieve progression.
