Work location: Texas Health Dallas (home base) and will travel to support Greater Dallas Market areas

Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am -5p (with flexibility)

Here’s What You Need

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or Public Health Administration preferred
  2. 5 years healthcare sales, growth, services or consulting experience. Alternatively, sales experience in non-healthcare industry required or
  3. 9 years experience without a Bachelor's degree - healthcare sales, growth, services or consulting. Alternatively, sales experience in non-healthcare industry required
  4. Physician Relations experience in the Greater Dallas area preferred
  5. Valid Driver’s license upon hire required

What You Will Do

The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for driving strategic growth and enhancing the utilization of Texas Health services within designated products, facilities, territories, and physician groups. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key provider practices, understanding market dynamics, and developing comprehensive sales plans. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and various departments to design and implement innovative business initiatives. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and reporting, data analysis to identify growth opportunities, and a commitment to achieving defined volume and activity targets.

  1. Facilitate growth in strategically designated THR services as defined by the established and approved development plan for assigned product, facility, territory, physicians or physician groups. Identify, initiate and maintain contact with targeted physician practices with the intent to increase physician utilization of Texas Health services.
  2. Develop quarterly sales plans based on market demographics for both physician and patient populations, market share patterns, patient utilization data and physician practice trends. Both financial and volume contributions to be included in planning and assessments.
  3. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, service line directors, operations managers, etc.) to encourage market orientation of service offerings and service delivery process improvement to encourage physician utilization of THR services.
  4. Provides market assessment/field planning for area of responsibility.
  5. Meet or exceed defined volume and activity targets.
  6. Provides required documentation of physician visits and other performance requirements.
  7. Participates in ongoing departmental responsibilities and opportunities to continuously learn and grow.
