Job summary
Privia Health is seeking a Growth Strategy & Analytics Analyst to oversee ROI modeling and financial valuation for Privia Health clients nationwide. You will provide analytical support to enable strategic decisions and drive growth, collaborating with finance, sales, analytics and payer teams.
The role emphasizes data-driven insights, market analysis, and scalable recommendations within a HIPAA-compliant framework. Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; Master’s preferred.
- 1+ years of work experience; healthcare analytics background preferred.
- Excel experience required; able to pull and analyze data from multiple systems.
- Able to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ROI models for prospective Privia Health clients nationwide.
- Assist in developing/refining models for market understanding.
- Perform ad-hoc pro-forma analyses to support business questions across departments.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between finance, sales, analytics, and payer teams.
- Strategic thinker who delivers scalable recommendations and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
