Job summary

NIVA Health is remotely based in the United States with preferred locations in Florida, Michigan or Texas. The Director of Strategic Growth & Sales will own cash revenue growth across wellness clinics, lead the Growth & Sales team, and align marketing with revenue outcomes to scale conversions and patient value.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue leadership, a track record of driving conversion and revenue, and hands-on experience with cash-pay campaigns in healthcare or direct-to-consumer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, growth or revenue leadership, ideally in healthcare, consumer health or another patient-facing environment.
• Built and coached a high-performing sales/enrollment team.
• Strong CRM and funnel management experience.
• A track record of improving conversion and revenue.
• Experience with cash-pay healthcare or direct-to-consumer campaigns (strong plus).
• The commercial instinct to look at a clinic and immediately see opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Cash revenue: Weekly and monthly sales targets by clinic.
• Lead, coach and develop Growth & Sales team.
• Improve lead-to-consult and consult-to-enrollment performance.
• Connect marketing activity to actual cash revenue.
• Identify opportunities across services, capacity and patient demand.
• Build repeat, renewal and referral revenue and launch new markets.
