NIVA Health is expanding its wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan, with new markets on the horizon. This leadership role focuses on growing cash-revenue across all clinics and partnering with Marketing and clinic leadership to turn opportunities into revenue.

You’ll build a scalable strategy, coach a high-performing Growth & Sales team, and develop new cash-pay offers while optimizing conversion and patient value in a patient-facing healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, growth or revenue leadership in a patient-facing/healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong CRM and funnel-management experience.
