The ideal candidate will have a Property and Casualty license, strong customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering best-in-class service to clients and helping them prepare for the unexpected.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required; background check necessary.
• Customer service experience essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic typing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs and process policy changes.
• Review policies and assist with renewals/remarketing.
• Contribute to retention and growth through adherence to processes.
