Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

• Typing at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
• Confident self-starter who can work independently.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, etc., and process changes
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed
• Contribute to agency goals by following retention processes
