Job summary

Nidus Technologies is building autonomous manufacturing systems powered by AI and robotics. The team is in New York City and seeks a generalist to tackle high-leverage problems, starting with recruiting and expanding into data operations and other areas as the company grows.

You’ll work closely with the founders to define and scale these capabilities, turning ambiguous problems into scalable, cross-functional solutions. A strong generalist mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into executable work plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in early-stage startups, consulting, or IB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-priority business problems without an owner or playbook.
• Build and improve the recruiting function.
• Develop data operations systems and workflows for collecting, organizing, and managing training data.
• Continue leading what you build or move to the next hard problem as needed.
