We're building the intelligence layer that makes that possible.

We're a small, in-person team in New York City working on hard problems that matter. If you want to build the future of American manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a generalist who's interested in working on our hardest business problems. You’ll work closely with the founders on some of thea highest-leverage problems at Nidus—taking something that is initially messy and undefined, building the systems around it, and helping it scale.
Your first major focus will be recruiting. Building an exceptional team is one of the most important things we can do as a company, and we want someone who can help turn recruiting from something founder-driven into a world‑class capability.
From there, the role can evolve in a number of directions. You might continue building recruiting into a function you lead, take on another area like data operations, or move onto an entirely new problem as the company grows. The goal is to give you meaningful problems to solve and the opportunity to build around the ones you find most interesting.
We care much more about how you think and operate than whether you’ve had a specific title before.
In your first months, you’ve made recruiting meaningfully better and helped us scale data operations.
