SpaceXAI in Palo Alto seeks a results-driven recruiter to join the Human Data team, owning end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions. You will lead high-volume sourcing, design creative strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions.
• Experience with end-to-end recruiting, challenging closes, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leaders to understand requirements for priority hires and develop high-volume sourcing strategies.
• Manage a robust, full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both high-volume and niche roles.
• Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI, increase conversion rates, streamline processes, and monitor recruitment pace to meet targets.
• Create frameworks to analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies with SpaceXAI’s needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
