SpaceXAI is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join SpaceXAI’s Human Data team, leading high-volume sourcing and end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions, delivering candidate experiences and meeting aggressive hiring goals.

You'll partner with leaders, manage full-cycle hiring across channels, and use data to optimize ROI, track trends, and accelerate hiring pace in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven recruiter to join SpaceXAI’s Human Data team, where you will spearhead high-volume sourcing efforts to attract top-tier talent and fuel our mission. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for priority requisitions, leveraging a world-class, data-driven approach to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet aggressive hiring goals. Ideal candidates are go-getters who thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments, excel at building creative sourcing strategies, and are passionate about scaling SpaceXAI’s workforce with top talent across all disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with leaders to deeply understand requirements for priority hires and develop high-volume sourcing strategies to match top talent to open roles at speed.
• Manage a robust, full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both high-volume and niche roles across all available channels.
• Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI, increase conversion rates, streamline processes, keep stakeholders informed of hiring trends, and monitor recruitment pace to meet ambitious targets.
• Create frameworks to analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies with SpaceXAI’s needs for roles.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, either in agency or in-house settings.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions, delivering measurable results.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including expertise in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and building key internal partnerships.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS to manage high-volume recruitment workflows.
• Proven success supporting hiring events and analyzing post-event ROI to drive recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with talent attraction techniques and staying current with market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, building scalable talent acquisition solutions.
• Expertise in hiring candidates across STEM, finance, humanities, creative, and multilingual fields.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Outcome-oriented with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a touch of humor to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Palo Alto, CA area; remote work is also possible

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

US-based candidates: $105,000 - $174,000 depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications. International candidates: Information will be provided to you during the recruitment process.
