Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, operations, and team supervision at Cambridge Apartments in Raleigh, NC. You’ll assist the Community Manager and help drive resident satisfaction while growing into leadership responsibilities.

You’ll manage rent processing, documentation, and events, with a focus on exceptional service and adherence to Fair Housing practices. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years leasing/property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
