Arlington Properties is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Cambridge Apartments in Raleigh, NC. In this full-time role you will support leasing, operations, and team supervision, and may act in the Community Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll process rent payments, assist with resident events and retention, uphold Fair Housing standards, and contribute to high resident satisfaction while growing into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management (1+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; reliable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
