Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a motivated Behavior Technician to support ABA therapy for children with autism. You will organize and maintain the session space, prepare materials, and record accurate data under BCBA supervision.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required, with paid training and growth opportunities. In this role you will participate in 1:1 and group supervision, attend trainings, and communicate professionally

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor; switch postures as needed for supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and move quickly for client safety.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare and keep materials accessible and organized.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Record data and progress notes accurately following procedures.
• Provide 1:1 and group supervision under supervision staff and BCBA.
