Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in home and clinic settings for children with autism. The role includes organizing sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors and families in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must have physical ability to sit/kneel/run as needed for sessions.
• Must have valid driver license and reliable vehicle.

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions.
• Prepare materials and keep supplies accessible.
• Arrive on time and ready to work; complete session tasks.
• Receive supervision and participate in team trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents within 24 hours.
