Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides home and clinic-based ABA services for children with autism. This role involves organizing treatment spaces, preparing materials, and delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions under supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with BCBA supervision, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Eligible for advancement after 3 months with a promotion path to Lead or Senior Behavior Technician

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor; switch from standing to sitting quickly; walk, jog, or run quickly in the event of client elopement; assume and maintain various postures.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion of the session.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare for session.
• Complete all tasks associated with the completion of a session.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to internal communication within 24 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client privacy.
• Collect, record, and analyze data following procedures.
• Implement and report on client-specific plans and emergency procedures.
