Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy across facilities, screening and evaluating patients and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with PTAs. You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to protocols while advancing clinical and leadership skills.

Requires graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑study, and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
