Job summary

The role includes supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and staying current with best practices.

The candidate should have an APTA-accredited PT degree and a valid state license, with a focus on program development and patient outcomes in various care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients while building positive relationships with facilities and clients.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; plan discharges.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; manage case load efficiently.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations; ensure infection control and safety.
