Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, construction management or business.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply judgment and challenge assumptions professionally.
• Able to communicate with Analysts and Project Managers to resolve project issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost controls support on projects.
• Evaluate and communicate cost impact of scope changes and contract values.
• Code and track invoices, retainage payments, and verify rates per contract.
• Prepare updated monthly forecasts and provide project metrics.
• Assist in tracking purchase orders, contracts, and re-classes as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc requests as they arise.
