Job summary

Overflow is seeking a Program Manager for Gen U, reporting to Head of Partnerships, partnering with engineering, sales, and church customers to push Gen U toward its bold goal of $1M in annualized subscription sales. You will help design pricing, build the playbooks, and modernize the curriculum, while creating the infrastructure to scale from 765 pastors and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or product management with revenue KPI ownership.
• Track record turning founder-led products into scalable systems.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers on scope and tradeoffs; credibility in the room.
• Comfort building structure from ambiguity and defining playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication to sales leaders, pastors, and church customers.
• Strong alignment with Overflow's mission and faith-based context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gen U roadmap and execution with a product manager and engineering support.
• Drive Gen U toward 2026 stretch goal of $1M in annualized subscription sales.
• Turn 765+ inbound pastor leads into activated churches.
• Design pricing and packaging to move to a clear subscription model.
• Create playbooks, training, and prospect-facing materials to scale the sales motion.
• Partner with engineering and product to modernize curriculum and delivery.
• Build reporting infrastructure to connect Kajabi and cohort data to Overflow's dashboard.
• Be the connective tissue between Gen U's content partners, champions, engineering, and sales/AM.
• Report progress and wins directly to executive leadership.
