Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Stocks product as we scale onchain access to traditional assets. You will own strategy, roadmap, and the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and operations to ship intuitive, compliant products.

The role sits at the intersection of consumer fintech and digital assets, shaping how users interact with stock and real-world assets onchain, with a remote-first, US-based team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer financial products.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, order books, brokerage workflows.
• Experience turning complex financial concepts into intuitive UI/UX.
• Knowledge of securities trading, clearing and settlement ecosystems.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness for securities trading.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ondo’s stocks product.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Lead products from concept through launch and iteration, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and making thoughtful tradeoffs along the way.
• Design experiences that abstract away the complexity of brokerage, trading, settlement, and blockchain infrastructure for users.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to build high-quality consumer products.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams to navigate the unique requirements of bringing traditional financial assets onchain.
• Develop a detailed understanding of market structure, trading workflows, liquidity, and the competitive landscape across both traditional finance and crypto.
• Use customer insights, product data, and market developments to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Help define Ondo’s longer-term product vision for how stocks and other real-world assets can exist and trade onchain.
