Job summary

Sumsub is seeking a Product Manager (or a strong Project Manager with a product mindset) to own the user experience within the main client dashboard. You will support, scale, and evolve activation flows, enabling a smooth path from login to full production deployment.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in defining milestones, aligning teams, and driving features to production in B2B SaaS environments. This remote-first role offers flexible hours and impactful work across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of defining milestones, coordinating with engineering and design, and pushing features to production.
• Excellent communication across engineering, design, marketing, and business leads.
• Comfortable analyzing onboarding funnels, running experiments, and optimizing activation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the main dashboard home page and build end-to-end activation flows.
• Create self-serve communication systems for marketing and product teams.
• Run A/B tests, map user funnels, and measure activation, adoption, and retention.
• Translate business requests into a unified system across Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering.
• Collaborate on related projects like service marketplace and Web SDK evolution.
