Suki is a leading AI healthcare company building the Suki Assistant to reduce clinicians’ administrative burden with ambient listening and automation. We are hiring a Product Manager, Growth to own activation, engagement, and retention metrics, build measurement frameworks, run experiments, and translate data into product decisions that move adoption.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Sales to ship impactful improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years in technology.
• Strong SQL fluency and data visualization skills independently.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.
• Experience defining metrics and building measurement frameworks in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define growth metrics across clinician journey and own accountability.
• Conduct funnel analyses to identify adoption gaps and opportunities.
• Design and run experiments with pre-registered success criteria.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics tools for cross-functional teams.
• Write product requirements translating hypotheses into shippable features.
