Job summary

Price Industries seeks a Product Manager – Air Handling Units to drive growth and strategy for the AHU business. You will own the product roadmap, manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, and expand manufacturing capacity to fuel long‑term growth.

The ideal candidate has HVAC/manufacturing domain experience and a proven track record of profitable growth, market development, and strategic investments within non-residential air distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in HVAC, air handling unit, fan wall units, or related manufacturing.
• Proven experience growing a product line or business.
• Understanding of air handling units, HVAC products, manufacturing, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop our standalone air handling unit business and increase market share.
• Develop and execute the overall growth strategy for the air handling unit business.
• Translate market and customer requirements into product strategy, features and roadmap priorities.
• Identify new markets, applications, and customer opportunities.
• Develop pricing and product strategies that support profitable growth.
• Lead the expansion of operational capabilities to support future growth.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve cost, quality, capacity, and lead times.
• Build and develop the team required to support the growth of the AHU business.
