• 3–5 years in product management or related role within an industrial product company.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain deep knowledge of RapidAir’s compressed air products and act as a product resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze portfolio performance using sales, margin, volume, product mix, and lifecycle data to identify growth opportunities and priorities.
• Support SKU rationalization by evaluating demand, profitability, product overlap, inventory exposure, and customer impact.
• Gather voice-of-customer feedback and monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to inform product positioning and development priorities.
• Partner with the Product Portfolio Director to maintain roadmaps and prioritized initiatives aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate technical features into compelling benefits and clear market positioning for new and existing products.
• Coordinate commercialization and launches with Marketing, Sales, and Operations; maintain accurate product data in ERP and coordinate changes.
• Maintain competitive product and pricing analyses; advise on pricing and positioning adjustments based on value and margins.
• Develop and deliver focused product training for internal teams and partners; create materials explaining selection, applications, features, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to address product questions and translate insights into improvements.
• Track launch results and training effectiveness; report findings and risks to the Product Portfolio Director.
• Travel to customer and partner sites for market discovery and demonstrations (approximately 25%).
