Job summary

Discord is seeking a Product Designer to join Growth and shape how people discover, set up, and stay connected on the platform. You will work across notifications, off-platform surfaces, onboarding, and SEO to craft a cohesive growth experience across iOS, Android, Desktop, and Web.

The role emphasizes design craft, data-informed decisions, and collaboration with PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to drive impactful growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong visual design foundation with taste and system familiarity.
• Solid interaction design skills for multi-step experiences and systems.
• High proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience shipping products in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end initiatives across Growth—designing across platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Web).
• Design with high craft and velocity, producing production-ready specs and high-fidelity prototypes.
