You will mentor designers, champion data-informed decisions, and apply AI-assisted design thoughtfully to create delightful, trustworthy experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in scaled consumer-facing digital product design work.
• 4+ years directly managing design teams of 4 or more.
• Ability to turn insights into compelling product directions.
• Experience in acquisition, activation, or lifecycle experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication with executives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of product designers across acquisition, activation, and re-engagement.
• Inspire through strategic storytelling and vision sprints with milestone experimentation.
