Chime is seeking a Growth Product Analyst in San Francisco to partner with Growth Product and Engineering. You will drive measurable impact across the member journey from acquisition to retention, turning data into decisions that shape how millions discover, use direct deposit, and extract value.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, own funnels end-to-end, and translate questions into prioritized recommendations that ship. A strong data-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on analytics experience in product/data roles.
• Expert SQL and Python; strong grasp of statistical concepts.
• Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests and modeling causal effects.
• Ability to influence senior partners using data and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own funnels end-to-end from acquisition to retention.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests; create metric definitions and power analyses.
• Provide self-service analytics to PMs/engineers; conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Apply time-series forecasting and causal inference to product questions.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and data pipelines; enable better event tracking.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives for product and execs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and access.
