Chime in San Francisco seeks a Director of Growth and Acquisition to lead the full digital acquisition portfolio, driving ambitious growth, efficiency, and CAC targets. You will build and scale a high-impact team, making portfolio-level investment decisions across channels, technology, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with business accountability.
• Proven track record owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing a large media portfolio and prioritization tradeoffs across channels and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across the full digital acquisition portfolio, delivering growth, efficiency, and CAC targets.
• Make portfolio-level investment and prioritization calls across channels, talent, and partnerships.
• Lead and develop a team of channel managers as a player-coach to multiply impact.
• Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, or growth motions beyond optimizing the existing mix.
• Stay plugged into external digital ecosystems to identify opportunities and bring new capabilities.
