Job summary

Base44 is seeking an experienced Growth PMM to own audience strategies, craft campaigns, and drive rapid experimentation. You’ll lead product launches with Marketing and Product, shaping positioning and GTM plans while staying ahead of AI capabilities.

You’ll collaborate across teams, automate workflows, and create compelling customer stories. The role requires NYC-area presence and strong data-driven decision making to scale B2B marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience as a PMM at a B2C tech, growth-oriented company with measurable results.
• Strong intuition for audience and positioning, focusing on growth and new customer acquisition.
• Genuine AI fluency—built with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, etc.
• High agency and independence; owns projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong written communication; can simplify complex ideas and write compelling copy.
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity; thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own an audience and a growth number from strategy to execution, leveraging AI.
• Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at high velocity with AI fluency.
• Run growth experiments across channels to optimize sign-ups and engagement.
• Build tools, automations, and AI workflows to accelerate marketing work.
• Lead product launches with Product and Growth teams, shaping positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI capabilities and evaluate new models for marketing use.
