Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rental is seeking a growth-focused Product Manager to own the acquisition surface across operator and single-owner funnels. You’ll design experiments, ship features, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize conversion and activation.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL skills, experience with product analytics, and a track record leading cross-functional growth initiatives in a PLG or SaaS environment. Hybrid work options available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in acquisition, growth, or PLG roles.
• Experience owning funnels and metrics (CAC, activation) and moving them across segments.
• Proven growth experimentation experience with hypothesis-driven work.
• Proficient in SQL and reading API docs; able to work with engineers on specs.
• Familiar with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
• AI fluency using tools like Claude or Cursor for writing specs and accelerating analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition product strategy across segments, defining funnel architecture and activation levers.
• Design and run growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, scope, measurement, decision.
• Lead customer discovery from portfolio operators to first-time hosts and translate insights into the roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market execution; own the product side of campaigns.
• Define and own KPIs; build dashboards, track cohorts, report on acquisition/activation.
• Provide a technical perspective in initiatives; write specs and discuss architecture trade-offs.
