Realtor.com is seeking a Product Manager, Organic Growth (SEO/AEO/Social Sharing) to drive end-to-end technical SEO initiatives and site performance improvements. You will write precise implementation requirements, audit performance, and deliver optimizations to boost top-of-funnel reach across millions of real estate pages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO execution, technical search product management, or web technical auditing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep Technical SEO expertise: server-side vs. client-side rendering, crawl budget, XML sitemaps, HTTP status codes, canonicalization, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• Strong Agile & Jira proficiency: granular Jira tickets, acceptance criteria, sprint backlogs.
• Hands-on SEO & audit tooling: Botify, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, DeepCrawl/Lumar, log analysis tools.
• Data & analytics skills: SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Snowflake) to analyze performance.
• Technical communication: explain crawler behaviors and specs to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO/AEO initiatives and own the 3–12 month roadmap.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear Jira user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on UAT and technical validation in staging and production.
• Organize daily task tracking, sprint backlogs, and dependencies across teams.
• Use SQL, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Botify, and Snowflake/Tableau to track KPIs and audit crawl behavior.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale internal linking, schemas, and audits across millions of pages.
