Realtor.com is seeking a Product Manager, Organic Growth (SEO/AEO/Social Sharing) to drive technical SEO improvements, site architecture, UX enhancements, and performance optimizations. You will partner with product, marketing, and engineering to influence over half of Realtor.com’s traffic and translate strategies into precise implementation requirements.

This hands‑on role focuses on delivering scalable SEO solutions, exact acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements in organic visibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Technical SEO execution or web technical auditing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of server‑side vs. client‑side rendering, crawl budget, canonicalization, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational execution roadmap for predefined technical SEO initiatives (3–12 month horizon).
• Translate requirements into clear Jira tickets with acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Perform hands‑on UAT and technical validation in staging and production.
