Job summary

Tremendous is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward. You’ll own the growth roadmap, assemble the squad, and influence product direction in a no-free-tier environment.

The role emphasizes a data-driven, instrumented funnel, rapid experimentation, and async collaboration with Marketing and RevOps. Base salary is strong, fully remote across the Americas with competitive equity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer.
• Ability to instrument a funnel, read the data, and build a landing page when that's the fastest path.
• Taste in conversion flows and the ability to identify what's wrong with signup pages without a test.
• Judgment about when to test and when to rely on other evidence.
• Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks and understanding of what parts assume a free tier.
• Outstanding written communication in a documentation-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Own first touch to first reward sent, including signup and onboarding; own conversion and experiments.
• Develop the growth roadmap and staff the squad through transfers or hires.
• Build systems that let us test; deploy landing pages quickly without engineering sprints.
• Run campaigns with Marketing and coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Turn acquisition channels into product and engineering efforts: referrals, SEO, AI-search, chat referrals, interactive tools.
• Define incentives and decide what we offer, to whom, and its value.
