The Growth team doesn’t exist yet, so you’ll write the roadmap, borrow engineers, and shape the squad you hire against.

• 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own first touch to first reward sent; signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours.
• Own conversion and experiments on site and landing pages; Marketing handles brand and spend.
• Develop the growth roadmap and staff the squad.
• Prototype with AI quickly and put it in front of real companies within a week.
• Work async and rely on written documentation instead of meetings.
