Job summary

Fleetio is seeking an evidence-based, customer-centric Growth Product Manager to join our Product Growth team. The role focuses on product-led growth and self-serve initiatives, identifying value levers to drive activation, adoption, monetization, retention and expansion.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to deliver meaningful outcomes and improvements, using data and customer insight to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management, with product-led growth/experimentation in modern B2B SaaS environments.
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field/experience.
• Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
• Passion for customer and business success; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth across activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion.
• Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable and measurable.
• Develop understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, and value realization.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Generate and test hypotheses through experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions and drive execution.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leaders.
• Raise the bar for experimentation rigor and product quality.
