Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product growth strategies to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and value across digital products.
• Analyze behavioral analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments.
• Lead experimentation initiatives including hypothesis development, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, marketing, and clients to align growth initiatives with business goals and user needs.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients, translating data into actionable insights.
