Job summary

Bizee is seeking a Principal PM for Growth to own the on-site conversion funnel end-to-end, including package selection, checkout, post-checkout, and pricing surfaces. You’ll lead the Growth team backlog, run a rigorous A/B testing program, and drive measurable improvements in conversion and revenue per visitor.

• Own on-site conversion funnel end-to-end: package selection, checkout, post-checkout, and pricing surfaces.
• Lead Growth team backlog with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Build and run a rigorous experimentation program with documented standards.
• Ensure instrumentation completeness: GA4/Amplitude audit and live dashboards.
• Translate pricing/packaging strategy into measurable outcomes and rollouts.
