Job summary

Marvin Behavioral Health seeks a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own strategies that help people find, start, and stay in care. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and AI to drive acquisition, activation, and retention across the member journey.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role based out of one of our hubs (LA, NYC, Denver, or SF). You will lead experiments, define north-star metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and clinical operations

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience focused on growth or lifecycle.
• Structured experiments (A/B tests) and data-driven prioritization.
• Comfort with SQL or analytics tools to self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and clinicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to define clear specs and roadmaps.
• Comfort prototyping with AI tools to test ideas before involving engineering.
• Genuine interest in healthcare or mission-driven consumer products.
• Bonus: experience shipping AI-powered features (e.g., recommendation engines).
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → sign-up → intake → first session → ongoing engagement.
• Identify levers for growing active users and build a prioritized roadmap of experiments.
• Design, launch, and analyze onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement A/B tests.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship features.
• Define and track north-star and guardrail metrics centered on active users and acquisition.
• Develop AI-powered features to drive activation and engagement.
• Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear product requirements.
• Build a strong testing culture with rigorous measurement and fast iteration.
