Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for Specialty Care, defining how activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care are improved.
• Identify and test growth levers across the member journey (onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence).
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap with data, engineering, and clinical teams.
