Spring Health in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own growth, engagement, and retention for members with complex care needs. You will define strategy, experiment roadmap, and success metrics, balancing clinical integrity with data-driven product execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with data, engineering, and clinical groups, and translate clinical constraints into scalable growth systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience focusing on growth.
• Growth PM experience owning funnels, experiments, and KPIs.
• Strong experience designing and running experimentation programs (A/B testing, cohort analysis).
• Experience operating in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.).
• Deep analytical fluency with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills for strategy, insights, and tradeoffs.
• Experience leveraging AI/personalization systems to improve engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for Specialty Care and drive activation, attendance, retention, and progression.
• Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey.
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Define and own growth KPIs that balance business outcomes with clinical intent.
• Translate clinical constraints into scalable growth systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on member experiences and workflows.
• Partner with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure safety and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with other PMs to ensure cohesive growth initiatives across programs.
• Use qualitative insights and data to refine strategy and prioritization.
• Raise the bar for growth thinking with rapid learning and evidence-based decisions.
